Students:  Make sure you clean out your lockers before you leave tomorrow.

 

Students:  Don’t forget to check the lost and found before Christmas break.  All clothes will be laid out in the hallway this morning.  Please make sure nothing is yours!!!

 

For Friday:  Lunch will start a half hour early with KG-2^nd grade students eating from 11:00-11:25 followed by 3^rd-5^th grade from 11:30-11:55.  KG, 1^st, and 2^nd recess from 11:20-11:40.  3^rd, 4^th and 5^th recess from 11:50-:12:10

Busses will be taking students over to the concert starting at 12:30.

Thursday- Winter Sport Day!

Bring out those basketball, football, hockey jerseys, skating, and wrestling shirts! We are celebrating all those sports that happen while it is cold outside.

 

Friday- Music Day!

 

It’s the moment you have voted for! The Christmas song with the most votes from Monday to Thursday will be played after the first bell.

 

We will be having an assembly on Thursday, December 20^th, at 2:50pm for all K-5^th grade students. Join us for a sing-a-long, the   spread cheer, and hand out prizes.

Gaga Ball Rules…new playground game: (rules may vary some but this is the general idea of the game)

 

• All players start with one hand touching a wall of the pit.
• When the ball enters the pit, the players scream ‘GA’ for the first two bounces, and ‘GO’ on the third bounce, after which the ball is in action.
• Once the ball is in play, any player can hit the ball with an open or closed hand.
• If a ball touches a player below the knee (even if the player hits himself or herself) he or she is out and leaves the pit. If a player is hit above the knees, the play continues.
• If a ball is caught on a fly, the player who hit the ball is out.
• When a player is out, he/she will leave the pit.
• Do no sit or stand on the wall.
• Players cannot hold the ball.
• You can bounce the ball off the wall to get someone out.
• Last player standing is the winner of that round.
